Your Order

When will my order be despatched?

Your first package will be despatched within 48 hours of your order being received.

When your subscription renews, your order will be despatched within 48 hours of the payment clearing.

How long will delivery take?

We mail all orders within 48 hours of receipt (except weekends) using the Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service.

How do I track my parcel?

Your package will be delivered by Royal Mail and can be tracked here.

Is this collection available outside of the UK?

No, sorry.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Absolutely nothing! Delivery is free!

Can I get my next delivery sooner?

No, sorry, not at this time.

Returns

How do I return something?

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us to let us know and you will be able to return it within 30 days of receipt in an unopened, resalable condition for a full refund. Details of our returns and refunds policy can be found here.

Do you offer free returns?

Regrettably, we are unable to refund the cost of returning the item unless it is incorrect or faulty. Details of our returns and refunds policy can be found here.

Subscription Management

What do you get with your subscription?

In your first package you'll receive: Issues 1 & 2 . Cost: £24.98.

Then we'll send you 2 cars a month, every 30 days after the first despatch. Cost: £33.98.

You'll receive your binder with the 2nd delivery, your Matra model with your 3rd delivery, and your Display case with your 8th delivery.

You can cancel at any time.

If you opt to include Binders in your subscription, you will be charged £9.99 per binder at the time of despatch, and you will receive one with your 8th and 16th despatches.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can make changes to your subscription, including pausing, changing payment details or cancelling your subscription, in our customer portal. The link to access this was sent when you subscribed, but if you've mislaid your details, please contact us and we can send you a new link.

When will my next payment be taken?

Payment is taken 30 days from the original payment date and then every 30 days thereafter.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes! You can do this at any time in the customer portal.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We'll be sorry to see you go, but you can of course cancel if you wish. You can do this in your customer portal or you can contact us, and we will action this for you.

Everything Else

How much does each issue cost?

The first issue is £7.99 and all the subsequent issues are £16.99.

What are the models made from?

Die-cast metal and injection-moulded ABS plastic.

How many cars are there in the collection?

We have planned up to 50 cars in this collection.
